We had an incredible time at our recent in-person workshop, hosted by Teresa Brazen, Leadership & Executive Coach and founder of Brazen Coaching & Consulting.
The session introduced us to the powerful principles behind the Optimize Cross-Functional Outcomes program, which focuses on building stronger collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.
Together with a talented group of NYC leaders, we delved into the unique mindsets, strengths, and challenges of cross-functional roles. The interactive activities helped improve understanding and synergy among the teams, while also providing practical tools to enhance communication and foster shared ownership within our work.

After the success of our first in-person event hosted in September, we are excited to announce we will host another event in partnership with Teresa Brazen!
