Andrew Smith from TDA was joined by Bryan Hamilton, Managing Director – Global Design Practice Lead at BNY Mellon for this edition of our TDA Talks!

During this TDA Talks, Bryan shared his career to date from working at software companies to leading design at PIMCO to where he is now.

Bryan also shares his thoughts on centralized vs decentralized design as well as how he thinks AI can help advance design and what he has seen so far.

This then leads on to Bryan sharing tips for aspiring design leaders, how to elevate design within an organization and ending on a curveball question for what few people know about him!
