Teresa is not your average Leadership Coach; she’s a beacon for transformative, human-first leadership. With over 15 years in the industry, her journey spans roles as a design thinking consultant, educator, and business leader. She and her teams have been the catalyst for human-centered shifts at prestigious organizations like NASA, Cisco, and Clorox. At the helm of Cooper Professional Education’s global expansion, Teresa took its pioneering design and creative leadership training to 10 countries. Today, she teaches Pragmatic Institute’s Business Strategy & Design and Influence Through Storytelling courses. She’s also the creator of The Inspirational Leadership Program, a team development experience for leadership teams, and host of The Inspirational Leaders interview series—all designed to guide leaders into their most impactful, fulfilling roles yet.
