About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a Senior UX/UI Designer to contribute to impactful digital experiences and strategic challenges. Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive digital interfaces, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Qualifications:

5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered digital products and scalable design systems.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, and service design.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience working in agile environments.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting design work and aligning with stakeholder needs.
• A problem-solving mindset, capable of transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable design solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:
