You’ll be responsible for attracting top-tier candidates to job roles within our client companies, generating new business, delivering a premium candidate experience, and achieving revenue targets in line with agreed-upon expectations.
Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at TDA Creative, your role is to drive revenue by generating fees in line with targets. To do this, you will immerse yourself in your niche vertical, building a personal brand and reputation with clients and candidates. You will also develop a process to attract and represent a pool of candidates, screen and shortlist candidates, and deliver an excellent candidate and client experience. In addition, you will develop relationships with potential clients, turn prospects into clients, and negotiate on commercial terms. You will also manage advertisements and attend events to become a thought leader.
As a Senior Team member, you will mentor and coach colleagues, share your expertise and experience, and contribute ideas to improve the business. You will also support colleagues, own your personal development, and ensure all necessary administration and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies. Additionally, you will understand and meet agreed KPIs and seek and provide feedback in a professional manner to candidates and clients.
How to be Successful in the Role.
Success is measured by the number of placements we make, our ability to sign on new clients, exceeding our fees target, maintaining high ratios of CVs to interviews and interviews to placements, negotiating higher margins, receiving positive feedback from both clients and candidates, retaining business from existing clients, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
